Near to hiking trails and other Volcano National Park attractions and vistas of Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea, Hawaii's two highest mountains. Restaurants and pubs are available 4 miles away in Volcano Village or 2 miles away at Kilauea Lodge or Kilauea Military Camp. This is a beautiful house in a gorgeous setting that you will thoroughly enjoy.
We rent the home on six month minimum basis, renewable monthly by mutual agreement with the renter. Included in the rent is a fee to cover applicable taxes, mangement fees, Internet access via WiFi including Amazon Prime, Netflix and other streaming channels associated with Amazon. Network TV channels can be added by the renter at a subscription price. The range burners and gas fireplace are propane burning, and cost of propane and electricity costs will be billed to the renter monthly for reimbursement. Please, no smoking or open burning, i.e candles, is allowed in the house. Two cars can be parked in the attached garage. The running water source is catchment from the roof, which is stored in a large tank and triple filtered and UV light exposed prior to entering the house. The water is tested annually by a EPA and Department of Health certified laboratory and found safe for drinking.
